All of our post-operative care, like all of our senior home care services, begins with an Assessment. Patricia works closely with you, your family, and your primary caregiver to understand the specific needs and circumstances surrounding your recovery.
From that Assessment, a Customised Care Plan is developed. This plan is the blueprint for your care. It takes into account your surgical procedure, your home environment, your unique needs and family situation, and any particular concerns or preferences you have. Nothing is assumed. Everything is tailored.
It helps to plan ahead where possible. If you know a surgery is coming up, reaching out before the procedure means we can arrange the right support to be in place the moment you return home. As your recovery progresses and your needs change, your Care Plan evolves with you. We provide flexible options for every stage of your post-surgery recovery, whether that is a visit a few times a week or daily support in the early weeks.
